:sad1: around the 26th of last month (January)

I got credit for this offer about 10 minutes after placing my order to Boca Java. My first order was placed around Nov. last year & I ordered 4 of the 8oz packs for a discounted price. I also got the Time Travel Mug (unlike the $10.00 in iTunes they're offering with the offer that's up now). I just got my second order from them but only ordered 2.
My fav. thus far would have to be Bananas Cream Foster & hubby likes the Hightide Hazlenut.
Next order is due to be shipped in March (I set it up after this shipment for every 3 months).
Price is great per 8oz bag & I think it's a steal of a deal for all the different flavors they offer.
And it's great for whenever you want to indulge & treat yourself!
I give this offer:

Just wait till you open the bag for the first time & all of that aroma hits you!
They also put a stamped date on it as they process the beans when ordered. Doesn't sit on a shelf like coffees you buy in the stores. They grind to order!
The smell alone makes my mouth water!
And 8oz doesn't sound like much...but the packets are actually quite heavy (for 8oz's).
Enjoy your coffee!

For what it's worth, the TimeMug offer is still around, it's just no longer featured as prominently since people seem to prefer the iTunes card.

Ok after reading so much about how yummy this coffe is I had to place my order.  I got credited pretty much instantly.  I can't wait now to try these Yummy flavors I ordered.  By the way I ordered the full beens so I can grind them at home.  How long can these stay fresh in the freezer?
Title: Re: bocca java
Post by: texans08 on February 14, 2008, 07:57:16 pm
forget my original post, i did'nt read your post correctly. lol

with whole bean, you want to store it in a air tight opaque container out of direct sunlight. i keep mine with my mugs in the cabinet. :)
Title: Re: bocca java
Post by: jazzy3098 on February 14, 2008, 08:03:36 pm
put the entire bag in a sealed container, place in the freezer,  and you'll get a good 6 months.

Cool Deal I will have to get a good thing to put it in.  I usualy just close the bag and put it back in the freezer with the coffe I buy from the store.

Title: Re: bocca java
Post by: jazzy3098 on February 14, 2008, 08:09:54 pm
so what would you recomend?  Is keeping it in the freezer bad?
Title: Re: bocca java
Post by: Administrator on February 14, 2008, 09:35:44 pm
Good beans should not be kept in the freezer as it ruins the flavor by basically drying out the beans.  As suggested, a cool, dark, airtight storage location is best.  I suggest using them as quickly as possible since the beans start to lose flavor immediately after roasting.  Coffee snobs will often toss out beans that are more than 7-10 days old.

Ok now that I know I shoudl keep it in a cool dark air tight storage and use it as fast as possible.  Were can I get a good container that is air tight and cheep?  LOL

I use coffee alot and never needed to store mine in freezer. lol i get like 5 bags a shipment. and thats gone within 2 weeks.  I just put mine in refride and seems to me its as fresh as can be. I also buy whole bean. so Id just keep it closed up put some masking tape around the top. that should work. I did that with cheap emergency coffee such as folgers. and after a month it was still fresh I did not have to put that in any kind of sealed up container.  I hate cheap coffee lol. and trust me Maxwill house is the worst. bitter after taste. well anywhobedo. that's my advice. so now jazz you have 2 choices lol.. do wat your lil heart wants to do :)  only Star bBucks or Bocca for me. I get gift cards for Star Bucks and its a nice treat for hubby and I to go to in Barnes and Nobles. Too bad they dont have a Bocca Java place here Id be going there alot too.

If you order this coffee than what happens after your initial purchase? Do you get coffee mailed to your house month after month? I want to order some of this, BUT I dont really want to have to send coffee I dont want back every month or be obligated to keep ordering. Whats the deal on that offer?

Do not laugh I have never had flavored coffee & my husband refuses to try any besides the fact the flavored coffee cost too much he says coffee is meant to be served black.  Guess I am out of luck. I really want to try it and all this talk makes me want to even more. :BangHead:

not sure exactly who makes it.... it has the NAME jim beam and apparently some flavoring used by jim beam.

same with jack daniels coffee.... ITS THE FLAVORING.

i'm no whiskey drinker, but i swear that jim beam coffee ROCKS.

I got my coffee a couple days ago (they're SUPER quick!!) and I have opened and brewed the guatamalian.  It's AMAZING.   Strong and bold, but not bitter. (of course, my bunn is cool like that anyway), but this coffee is wonderful.  I thought I'd just try it and cut it down to once every 8 weeks or something, but I might be hooked now.  yikes.  Hail the coffee gods.  :notworthy:

Can I ask you how and who do you contact to earn cash by completing offers and etc.

There are many threads on this subject if you look at the threads.  However when you compleat an offer you will get an email saying that you recived credit for compleating the offer.  You do not need to contact any one to inform them each time you compleat an offer.  By compleating the offer and getting credited you earn cash.  Once you reach $25.00 15 of witch must be from compleating offers then you can request a Cash Out and you will get that cash the following month.  So if you request a Cash out on the 29th of Feb you will get your money by or around the 20th of March.

I hope this helped to make it clear.

Oh and one BIG peice of advice make sure you read the TOS on each offer or you will wind up paying for some thing you didn't know you will wind up paying for.

Im a big time spender on my coffee. they have those that invest in wines I invest in really good coffee. :) but thats just me.. but thought I'd let you know of the price before you do that offer. and honey get rid of that yucky nasty instant ewwww..  lmao... when you get your coffee maker do folgers.  dont get maxwell house that will be just like drinking your instant coffee lol.. yukky  every try ebay sometimes you can get a coffee maker really cheap on thier.. just  a suggestion

Even better, get whole beans and a grinder and grind your own coffee!  Nothing like the smell of fresh ground coffee...the grinder will only run about $10-$15.  Some coffee makers have a grinder built right into them.  I think that's what I'll look for next time I need a new coffee maker.

hey cupfan you have a Bunn too good for you .. to me thats they way to go when you buy really good coffee. I really enjoy mine.. tastes fresh always and bunn gets done really quick in order for it to taste right. others takes along time to brew and can ruin the freshness and flavor of the coffee.    thumbs up to Bunn's had mine on sale was 150 got mine for 89.00. and love it.

still waiting on mine. seems anytime i get something from UPS, it arrives between 4-5pm. maybe i'll have my first cup after dinner with the girl scout cookies my husband brought home lastnight. ;D

how's this for ya. i worked at Starbucks through college and my first pregnancy. Love coffee, everything about it BUT....two things...

1. I drink hot coffee twice a year, Thanksgiving morning and Christmas morning.

2. I won't drink coffe made of flavored beans nor do i add flavor.

For me, its' straight espresso poured over ice with half and half....or should i say, "Iced Breve Latte".

Ok Ok Ok already I broke down and I am now brewing a cup of the Banana Foster Float.  I can say one thing the beens smell yummy. Usualy I do not drink 2 cups of coffe in a day but we are getting a big snow storm up here in Rhode Island and I have to drive to work later in this storm.  Who knows maybe I will get lucky and they will decide to close early and tell me I don't have to come in tonight.

hey cupfan you have a Bunn too good for you .. to me thats they way to go when you buy really good coffee. I really enjoy mine.. tastes fresh always and bunn gets done really quick in order for it to taste right. others takes along time to brew and can ruin the freshness and flavor of the coffee.    thumbs up to Bunn's had mine on sale was 150 got mine for 89.00. and love it.

Yes.  Bunn is magnificant.  I had to have a Bunn.  And my husband spoils me at Christmas and birthday times.  ;D My recent gifts have consisted of a kitchen aid stand mixer, kitchen aid blender, bunn coffee maker with the thermal carafe so my coffee doesn't burn while staying piping hot, a kitchen aid untensils set, and a pasta roller for my stand mixer.  I am all about kitchen aid and Bunn.  ;D  Restaurants use Bunn for a reason--it's the best.  Never a bitter cup from a Bunn (no matter how little you had for coffee that week!)

Actually, I sold my itunes card on ebay for $10+$1 shipping. So I am happy with that! :D

I am almost out of the coffee I got for myself. My boyfriend loves his flavored coffee but doesn't drink it as often as I drink mine. I might have to move up my next batch. I don't think I can wait till April!

Intresting story here... My land lord and one of his workers are redoing one of the appartments next door to me.  Needlesss to say the place is right now a mess all the walls are down the windows are all being replaced the Bathroom is being redone the kitchen is also yet to be done.  So any how I am on good terms with my land lord and his worker.  So tonight his worker just came a knocking on my door.  "Hay Do you have any Coffe"  LOL boy do I have Coffe so I started to run though the flavors and they were like any thing will do.

Boy they are in for a treat cause I made them the Isrish Coffe.  Oh I told them the Coffe I have is Expencive.  I can bet after this treat they will love me even more.  LOL.  Besides I still need more work done on my appartment.  LOL

Watch out when you are  signing up for your Bocajava.  I just found out today when I got an email telling me tht my order is roasting.  (ummm I didn't place an order)  Well as it turns out when you join BocaJava you will get coffey shipped to you every 4 weeks or so automaticaly and you are billed automaticly too.  So I had to call them to cancel this order cause I still have plenty from the order I just got.  I have them suspendingit till the 11th of next month.  I didn't want to totalty cancel my membership with them I love there coffe and I am now spoiled.  LOL

Curious about this offer - I (like so many others) am a coffee junkie.  Can you order whole beans from bocca java, or do they only send ground?  I haven't even checked out this offer yet, but might if I could get the beans whole...

Just got my coffee yesterday and I am in love  :notworthy:

I was checking out the "terms and conditions" again last night.  I knew that they automatically sent it to you, I just wasn't sure of the time frame.  I only drink coffee in the morning so my supply should last a while.  Good thing they let you delay the next shipment!

Just today we set up a new promotion with Boca Java-

Check the "new" category for an offer where you are only charged shipping and handling for $7.95 and you get four bags of coffee.  The other promotion, with the TimeMug, is still available :)
