So...apparently he's going to need Tommy John surgery, can you believe that?

I'd say that's a darn shame.  I hope he does everything they say for rehab and they don't bring him back too soon.......Even if I am a Mariner fan ;D ;D ;D

It is unfortunate. I was looking forward to watching his career. This could turn him into just another good pitcher. In retrospect MLB made the right choice to not bend the All-Star rules to add him to the team.
