Where do one find a list of bank-owned foreclosure homes!?
-
There is no complete list, but a lot of smaller local banks will post lists of the properties they own and need to sell. Other than that, try talking to a Realtor. Most properties will be listed on the MLS in your area once they become owned by the bank. Your Realtor will be able to tell if a property is bank owned rather than a short sale.

yes, I was wondering about this too? I have seen these "services" that you have to pay to get a list of homes. I think that this is just a way to get your money.
