The most important thing that I needed to do for myself was loose weight. Last check I've lost 32 lbs. Now that was awhile back, so I've probably lost more. No diets, pills, liquids or any of that stuff, just modified my eating habits and walking one-half hour a day, six days a week. :D

The most important thing I have done for myself this year was that I no longer worked at my last job. I was so relieved when I got out of there after knowing the truth of its long term detrimental effect to my life and future.

Finally got all the permits and engineering spec's (took nearly a year). to get my awning built over my deck of my modular home. My deck is as big as the house, so it took a custom awning. This summer it made all the difference in keeping the house cooler from the deck side.

about 6 months ago i sat down with my husband and fine-tuned our family finanaces and our budget. i am a stay at home mom and because we are making ends meet on one income, there are times when things are tough for us. so we replanned our budget and opened a new savings account and within 2 months we were not struggling, waiting for payday to come around, and have almost doubled our previous savings total, not to mention almost doubling the value of my husbands 401k. making our family more financially stable and responsible felt like a very important move for us and i am so proud that we were not only able to do it but have been able to stick to the new plan so well.

Two things: I know everyone loses weight but for me this is huge I lost 10 lbs and going for less than 200lbs before end of the year.
next I crochet but never seem to finish things toooo many projects, so I resolved to finish all the hats scarves and mittens I started and donate them.
I have two scarves to go and to sets of mittens. So that is it for me what about any one else ;D
