I do yoga
-
I go hiking on a weekly basis. If combined with yoga, I think it can be even more beneficial because the leg and thigh muscles really ached to be stretched for flexibility after a long hike. I always immediately feel the positive difference. :) :peace:

I try to go Hiking as much as I can. If the weather doesn't allow for it I may do a weighted stair work out, putting weights and books in my bag and take a step up doing a full extension even in my ankle and toes, after crunches. what is your opinion on yoga never really done it?

I fitness walk 7+ miles a day, 5 days a week. Although it can be murder on your feet, it makes me feel better in between blisters.

I love rehearsing with my dance company...a 3 hr rehearsal of modern, African, and/or ballet will make you sweaty and sore like nothing else I know!

lifting a spoonful of icecream to my mouth... sad but true.

I do P90-X

The best kind of exercise is exercise that doesn't feel like exercise. Walking with my kids in the park, hiking, biking, exploring the amazing National Parks we have here in Utah, getting out and just WALKING and exploring this beautiful world we live. Forget the gym and exercise DVDs. With all the beauty around us to explore and see, there's no need.
:peace:

I like the kind that I enjoy! I ride my horse as often as possible and I do Pilates, too. Those are the kind of workouts that I really like to do :)

Well I love to walk around the park in my neighborhood. Running is not for me but I just do a brisk walk. I love to dance my *bleep* off. lol! For real. Latin ballroom dancing is my thing. Anything that can get your heart pumping I'll do. Such as Salsa and Merengue dancing. Tango is slow, so I really won't do that but salsa will really get your *bleep* moving. Merengue is great too. It really works your stomach muscles and hips.

I hit the gym about 4-5 times a week. But i do P90X and Insanity ab workouts everyday.

Running & swimming burns a lot of calories.

I train for competitive martial arts tournaments. Three minutes full out on the bags, punching and kicking, one minute rest between rounds. I can complete ten rounds before complete exhaustion.

Besides the normal gym membership, we ride our bikes, use a chi machine (for passive exercise and oxygenation), and we own a Whole Body Vibration unit which we do everyday.
We like to dance too, however, we don't go out to clubs much, since we live in a small town.
