Title: Where is the housing market going from here?

Wanted to get thoughts on where the housing market will go from here.  Will we go lower or rebound to where we were in say 2007 within the next few years?

IMO it will continue to drop for the next year or so. We will see more foreclosures. I don't see the market ever being what it was before it tanked.
Our house was onced appraised for $275k and is now around $100k.

I believe it can still crash a little more.
I'm just waiting for the college tuition market to bust as well too.
