Title: waiting for payment

i'm new to this. so how much do i have to make b4 i can cashout and if i want, can i let it build up???

well you need 15 bucks of offers to qualify  and then 25 in total to cash out...

And, Per the Terms of Service, offers and bonuses expire if not cashed out within 180 days of being credited.   8)
