I have not been paid as of yet. I signed up for direct deposit. After cashing out this message was placed on my account.
Direct Deposit Transaction ID: 1270182145.
Fulfillment Status: Credit Returned. Posting date: 2008-01-15.
Reason for return: NO ACCOUNT/UNABLE TO LOCATE ACCOUNT
To have this payment resent, please contact support.
However, when I went back to verify my bank information, all of my information was correct. Per the instructions above, There are four open support tickets in my back office Dated 1/29/08, 2/02/08, 2/05/08 and 2/23/08 where I have not recieved a response from Fusion Cash to inform me what to do.
Can some one help me?

Have you tried going with paypal instead of direct deposit? If you haven't try using that then linking your bank acount to paypal.

Yes, I have now linked my PayPal Account to Fusion Cash.. however, they are not responding to inform me how to get the money that was already approved. All of my tickets are currently opened with no response.

So we should cash out a few days before the 20th of next month? Did I read thats the only time they pay you?

You need to cashout by the last day of the month in order to be paid by the 20th of the following month. Example....cashout tomorrow (Friday, Feb. 29) by 11:59 PM Pacific Standard Time and you will be paid on or before March 20th.

Thank you Madd for money!! I will cash out tommorrow! Hopefully some of the things might be credited by then. If you hadnt replied, It would have been another month!
