I keep not getting credit for thing so I keep sending in support tickets for each incident, does anybody have an idea as to how long it takes to recieve payment once a ticket has been filed?

I'm sure they get a ton of payment support tickets every day, so give it some time. They usually try to answer tickets within three to five business days.

Are we talking about free offers or paid offers? Usually there is not much you can do about getting credit for free offers that don't credit. Its unfortunate but sometimes it does happen. Have you done the offers in question on another site? Or anyone in your household done them on another site using the same IP? I had a lot of them not crediting when my hubby was doing offers on another site to get points for a stupid video game he plays lol.. See here for info on offers not crediting http://www.fusioncash.net/faq.php?crediting Also, it seems I have best luck when doing offers and surveys in Firefox or IE, but mostly I use Firefox and have very little trouble with getting credit. Also leave the window open when your done with a survey or offer for a few minutes I leave that tab open until I get credit or after 15 min I give up and move on to the next.
