Just wondering, how long does it typically take for Customer Service to respond to an email?
Is it possible to cancel or reverse a direct deposit?
At present' it's almost 24 hours since I received the ticket number

@siciliangirlpalermo - 1. Around 3 - 5 days. 2. I don't think so because FC has already released their money to you....so I don't think so unless you give em a refund for another payment.

I agree that I don't know how you would get it reversed now. Mine was in my account yesterday which means that they probably started the process back on the 19th. As far as how long it takes to get an answer, I have not had it take longer that 24-36 hours. Can you tell that they money has already been deposited?

the money was returned to fusionCash as the account number was invalid.
they offered to resend the DD

Too bad it was invalid, but I am glad you are going to get it now. If there was nowhere for it to go, I guess it just got sent back. Missing money is no fun so I glad it all worked out.

Based on your 2nd thread on this topic and support's response, you have received your money.
I'm impressed with the service that FC gave you -- tho it may have seemed slow to you.
Patience is a necessary virtue with GPT sites.
