Most people dont have any control over their mind.

It is so true that we do this. The same holds true when someone wants to change something in their life, like addiction. They mess up repeatedly trying to change and eventually give up trying to change thinking they are stuck in the life they have forever. Not true.

Mind power is a awesome thing God has given us.
