Title: Do offers never end?

I'm new to this but it I've been doing an offer for 15 minutes now, and I can't get through it or it takes me to something completely different where I am required a credit card which I don't have. I'm getting frustrated and I'm about to quit on this whole thing alltogether.

Many offers lead you on through additional offers after you've finished their survey
You normally stop when you get to a "Thank You" screen
You never have to do silver/gold offers - you stop there
