Mainly I'm ready for thanksgiving. It's probably my favorite people come together eat good food and just enjoy spending time with eachother. They don't worry about "Oh my god what present am I gonna get for him/her?" or for black Friday you're worrying about "Do I have enough money to get that $1000.00 TV for $400.00 or should I take out a loan to get it?" but thanksgiving the most you have to worry about is who's cooking the turkey this year while everybody else brings a dish to make it easier on you. Anybody agree :peace:

I love all three of those days. And I dont worry about the whole money situation. I love them because of the atmosphere. All the smells and sounds.... ooh and good food!

This year I started my shopping a little earlier just so I could avoid the black friday shopping! The last couple of years that I went it was awful! The people were rude and just plain mean! Its suppose to be a fun thing but it was more like a dreaded chore!

Christmas and Thanksgiving are wonderful, but I dread Black Friday I work at a Department store. Now thats Hell :BangHead:

I love Thanksgiving. It is a big family and friends get together. I never participate in Black Friday as I hate the crowds. I feel sorry for the people working retail that day. I haven't thought about Christmas shopping yet.

I'm leaving town in less than a month for Christmas so I have to get everything purchased and planned by then! Not ready, but definitely ready for Black Friday sales to help me get there! Also stressing about getting the baking done next week for Thanksgiving.

I just ordered a LG 42" TV from Sears before they increased the price. So, thats one less thing to get if I decide to go shopping on Black Friday :)

I totally understand that I used to work at CompUSA and People not only get rude but get close to fighting, Especially over good computers that are slashed 60-75% than what they usually are. I've seen fights broken up no lie and the people had to be kicked out or taken out by police anybody who works at a department store dreads black friday :BangHead:

I am most definately ready for x-mas. Who isn't? There's only one problem... my wallet isn't ready for it :(

I am always ready for the holidays, unfortunately, the holidays have seemed to have lost their true meaning for a lot of people. Many people behave like complete morons in the stores and the Holy Trinity of the Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit have been replaced by the secular trinity of me, myself, and I. :BangHead:

I used to get up at 4 am for black friday shopping...but over the years I have found it's just not worth it...I have found the quality of these "cheaper priced" items tend to be poor! I've gotten a few good deals, dont' get me wrong...but overall I would say it's not worth it!
