Title: Support ticket (help!!!!!!!)

l open a support ticket on march 11 2008 it is now march 17 2008 l'am really getting impatient THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS

Hi.  You say you opened up a support ticket on March 11th and it is now March 17th.  Do not hold your breath.  I opened a  ticket about a month ago and am still waiting.  Fusion Cash is giving me NOTHING BUT TROUBLE.  They took money out of my account and now say I owe them!  I have even told them I am filing a complaint.  They don't CARE.  Good luck!

Why are they saying you owe them money?

Thats a new one on me as well??  I cant see where it would be possible that YOU would owe THEM money, unless something fruadulent was found.  But still, ive never heard of anyone being told that THEY owe FC money :dontknow:
