Title: Question about replying to forums
Post by: beat1220 on January 17, 2011, 07:58:50 am
How come once in a while I find an interesting forum and when I go to reply to it theres is no reply button? Is it because its already too full? Or is it not open for discussion anymore?

If the topic has been closed or locked, you will see a lock next to the title before you open the topic up.   If there is no lock, there should be a reply link at the bottom of the responses.

I don't believe there is a limit on how many replies can be made on a particular thread -- you can see the number of views and replies in the appropriate columns on the page where you click on the link.

If you can't find the reply link, you can always open up a new thread and expand on the topic that you found interesting.

It's at the top and bottom of the postings on the right. Also a "quote" button if you just want to reply to one certain member's post.
