Title: Problems with Paid To Click
Post by: bostonphil on January 18, 2011, 01:31:05 am
Well, I am up unusually early.  It is going on 3:30 a.m.  I have tried to do paid to click.  There is a problem.  There is no content.   There is nothing under content such as weather, entertainment, etc.  There are sponsors under sponsors.  I do not know if I am trying it too early.  Maybe it is loading.  Anyone else have problems with paid to click?   :crybaby2: :dontknow:

My Paid To Click problem has been solved.  I was able to do it at 5:30 am.  Maybe, I tried too early, earlier on.  But I believe that i have done Paid To Click very early in the past and have never encountered a problem before.  Anyway, I am glad that my problem has been solved.   ;D

That happens to me if I don't wait the full 24 hours.

I'm having problems, also with the word page malfunctioning.  I tried the Paid to Click section on three different browsers and I'm still getting the messag "socket can't open."

I am getting the same error message "Socket could not open" on the daily e-mail and on the paid to click. Anyone have any ideas?

I logged out and then logged back in and both the daily e-mail and the paid to click worked.

Neither the paid to click nor the daily email are working for me as well. I have relogged twice now with now change.
I have attempted it twice at two different earlier times in the day with the same result; or lack thereof.

I was having a lot of problems with offers...surveys...and daily FC and I was using the IE7 browser.  I have since switched to FireFox Mozilla browser and I offers are crediting now....I'm so happy about that because you spend a lot of time trying to get approved or credited and nothing is more frustrating when you don't!!!

Had the same problem with both the Daily Email, and Paid To Click offers today. The text box came up, but the field to enter the text did not. Could not complete either offer. After reading this thread, I took the advice of one person a step further.

I CLEARED MY COOKIES!

After which, both offers immediately worked fine. So, guess what I'm suggesting? Come on now, Guess. You Can Do It! Ah, that's right, you got it, hehe :)

Unfortunately, I had already done so, with no effect on the current issue.  It's not always a user error; it seems to be more of a technical issue, considering that multiple people are having the exact same problem.  I just waited a few minutes before trying my daily email again; I will do the same for the PTC.

Adding that, after waiting a few minutes and trying again, my PTC finally loaded the text so I could complete it.  But I would like to add that the MyThoughtCounts is not loading properly either.

I have never had a problem with Paid To Click.  When I do it it is credited right away but when I did the Columbia House I was not credited.

I had a problem with both the paid email and the $.15 daily click this morning -- getting the "cannot open socket" each time I attempted the security check.

Tried again this afternoon, and both worked just fine.  Not sure whether the problem is with my connection or that FC waived i'st magic wand and solved the problem (for me).

it works just fine to me. Have you followed every single step? Look at the video tutorial. I had to look at at 3-4 times before I understood how to do it.

Thanks, I meant to thank you earlier this week!  This worked for me too!

I've had a similar problem.  I didn't clear my cookies to make it work, but I did have to do it later in the day and then another time I had to reboot.  I just figured it had to do with my computer memory.

The only problem I get most out of is paid to click but I always get it done the only reason is because I have to continue putting click .15 so the way I check is refresh my page then check account shows I did it.

Ever since they introduced the thing where you have to type in a phrase, I've been having problems. But I've still gotten it to work, it's just taken a lot of tries. Today I clicked on my daily e-mail, took me to the login page as usual, but then when I logged in it skipped the ad and just took me to my account. I had to click on the e-mail again to get my .02. Weird!
