Title: What do you think makes a good friend?

I think it's someone who stands the test of time and always there for you.  What do you think?

Someone who actually understands me and who enjoy hanging out with me on the weekends if not any other day. I miss my best friend name Bobby from my childhood. We would usually hang out as much as possible. Then again, those were the days when we didn't have much responsibilities as we do now. Now, that I'm in my 20's and out on my own. It seems like I could never get any of my friends to hang out with me. Maybe, its because I don't do drugs or alcohol. I don't know, I just think its dumb for my friends to not hang out with me like we did in high school. Of course, we got our own life and can't control each other... oh well.

Someone who understand and is there no matter what... and who loves to listen to what you have to say and share as well. I have ONE friend like that. They are hard to come by now day.

My best friend (besides my husband and my daughter) and I have known each other about 45 years, and even though we no longer live near each other (we live about an hour apart), each time we get together, it's as if we just saw each other yesterday.  Time is the test!!

I believe that a good friend is someone who has endured the hard times with you as well as celebrated the best times with you, even if it means doing it from hundreds of miles away. I am very blessed to hve a friend like that.

It's someone who cares about you and doesn't tryto take advantage of you. Also a good friend is someone who can be there for you durign rough times
