what kind of lunch do you guys recommend,trying to eat good

don't starve yourself and try to stay away from fast food.

Keeping your portions smaller is the easiest way to be healthier. Only eat until you're not hungry anymore, instead of until you're completely full. The healthiest thing to do is a sandwhich on wheat bread with mustard instead of mayonnaise and a side salad with low-fat or no dressing. Or, grilled chicken and rice is a great quick filler. I know that gets boring, so to me it's easier to have leftover stuff from supper and just stay away from the evil fast food!
