I have a 3mo old daughter . For about a month or so she has been suffering from severe baby acne. I took her to the pediatrican. She was diagnoes with ezcema. My five year old daughter had it but not severe as my newborn.They prescribed some gels. It did control the breakout. I am constantly keeping her clean as well her her clothing,bed and etc. but her skin still is very dry. I have to wash her hair 2x a week. Her hair gets very flaky. I am going to take her to a dermotologist for further testing. I have a few questions about her ezcema.
Have you experience this with your kids?
What did u do?
What can I do from home to help control and clear her ezcema?

my baby had acne too especially the first month, the Dr. said it was normal, he just give me some cream(Eucerin.) it was better, but still have. Now my baby is 7 month old, only a little on his forehead.
I know one of my friend( not very familar) he baby is one week older than mine, her baby has serverve Acne, I told her to see the pediatriatio, she said the Dr. told her it was normal, I do not know how is her baby now

I used the Lanolin the is used for breast feeding and that helped with both of my kids. I also have a few other friends that have tried it and it works well for them. I see this post was a while ago so hopefully you were able to help get it cleared!

my son had acne and I just used a wet washcloth to clean it daily. soap irritates it more so it went away in about 2 weeks.

when i have acne i use oatmeal

my pedi said that's really bad for babies. I had to use dove soap for his body when he took a bath because the aveeno oatmeal products made his whole body break out in little bumps.
