Yes, but only if its cooked well done.
-
As long as you get a variety of different meats theres no harm
-
I do, but I also eat a lot of vegetables!!
-
I don't eat it often, because it is fairy expensive.
-
I don't but my dogs absolutley love it! They get a lot more during the fall/winter training to help build and maintain their muscle mass.
-
I do eat red meat but I no longer eat pig or Sea-bugs, like crabs shrimp and lobster I have no stomach for eating bugs at all.
-
Yes, but only if its cooked well done.

Yes I eat red meat not a lot but I still eat it.
-
not very often, maybe once a week.i'm not really into the meat thing.i'll eat chicken, but that's it.
-
Love red meat.
-
No way. I do not like animal abuse!
-
I don't blame you. If I got a worm from eating red meat I'm not sure I would want to eat it either. However, I love meat! I am Byzantine Catholic and we abstain from meat on Fridays throughout the year and multiple times during the weak during the Great Fast and I almost go bananas lol. I don't know what it is but if I don't have meat for a couple of days in a row I definitely start craving it.
-
I do not like the taste of red meat at all, i can`t stand it. I am a more of a turkey or chicken person. The different dishes you can make with red meat you can make with chicken or turkey. Plus i make all of my meals homemade now adays.
-
hardly ever. I only eat well cooked meat and fish.
-
Yes, but very, very rarely do I. I try to avoid ground beef as much as possible. We never buy it for our home, but I'll sometimes eat it at family's or friend's. We actually had a crockpot roast a couple weeks ago, and it may have been the first bit of red meat we cooked at home in over a year.
-
I don't eat red meat too often but sometimes there's nothing better than a T-Bone steak fresh off of our smoker pit. We mostly eat chicken, fish & lots of veggies.
-
I eat very little red meat! I would much rather have chicken, turkey, or pork!
-
Yes, but only if its cooked well done. red meat gets a bad rap but if you like anything like me is pretty good for you a nice sirloin it has vitamins and creatine iin it.
-
I don't buy red meat regularly... the only time I eat it is if I am out and feel like having a nice steak or a really good burger, and that's rare. I usually like fish, chicken or turkey.
-
yes I do eat red meat, I love a good steak!! but I do know that it is probably better not to eat red meat
-
I'm a vegetarian, so no.
-
Yes, YES and YES, I love red meat, but lately I've been eating a lot of chicken which makes the steak I periodically get ever better...
-
I love red meat!! Must have a steak at least once every two weeks and I either make pot roast or leg of lamb every Sunday.
-
Only if its fully cook. I don't want to get sick from eating uncooked meat.
-
I don't eat red meat if it's still red. I like my food to be thoroughly cooked thank you. I don't eat it very often either, I tend to not have a lot of meat (of any kind) in the house. Actually, there tends to not be much food at all in my house. ):
-
I LOVE red meat. I know its not healthy and all but I'm sorry. There is nothing better than a nice juicy steak. I love it!!!
-
very rarely, and always well done when i do. i prefer chicken and even pork tenderloin, and in recipes that would typically call for beef (meatballs, meatloaf, etc) i use ground turkey instead. when we do eat beef, its usually a premium flap meat, cut into small pieces and cooked asada style for tacos, that way we eat more grain (tortillas) and veggies (lettuce, tomato, avocado) than meat
-
yes its gotta be cooked well done thou
-
of course! red meat that is lean is a great source of protein. you just don't need to eat a 12oz steak

I don't eat it often only when I go out with family
-
Sure. as well as many other foods. I try not to limit any category of food and eat balanced meals when I can.
-
I do eat red meat but not as much as I use to. My husband and I are trying to eat healthier and now only eat red meat about once a week.

I stopped eating red meat years ago to lower my cholesterol. I have nothing against red meat, but now that I haven't eaten eat it for so long, the once or twice in those years I tried to eat a hamburger, it was extremely hard to digest.

-
I like red meat, but not all the time. I like variety - ground round, steak, pot roast, etc. I eat a lot of chicken and fish, but like to mix it up once or twice with some red meat. I tend to work out a lot (regular exercise and sport), and I find sometime red meat give me some of the nutrients I need better than the others. But as everything in life - I eat it in moderation.
-
I stay away from red meat. I eat chicken, turkey and fish. I trhink the latter are more healthier than red meat.

No read meat since my last colonoscopy! All fish and sometimes chicken. Feel much better.

Red meat is a definite go!
A nice rare to medium rare cut of steak on the grill.
A bleeding prime rib with horseradish and a nice light gravy ... yum.
-
Always eat red meat, but by the time I'm done cooking it it isn't red anymore.

I have eaten red meat all my life, 41 years worth so why change now? Steak, Potatoes and a salad are a must! I know it's not good for me but why not enjoy life with something you love.
-
I love red meat but the price has gone up so much I don't buy it anymore.
Mmmmm steak.

Eating red meat increases one's risk of cancer and heart disease drastically, thus increasing the likelihood of death. Red meats include pork and beef as well as other processes meats such as hot dogs or hamburger. The meats are a source of carcinogens formed during cooking. The iron in red meat may increase oxidative cell damage, leading to health problems. The saturated fat found in meat has been linked with breast and colorectal cancer.
To reduce the risk of cancer, it is recommended to reduce consumption of red meat to less than 18 ounces per week. I'm not a vegetarian but I do try to eat less of these kinds of meats, and instead eating more chicken and fish.
Stay healthy, my friends!
-
I rather eat chicken than any red meat. It doesn't look cook and I won't touch anything that doesn't look cook
-

Nope, I just don't like the taste. I eat poultry and everything else.

Not really, I eat alot of chicken, fish, veg., fruit, but ever once in a while I have to have a good juciey hamburger or steak. A few year's back I changed the way I eat and cut out meat, and procecced food, fast food, all that kind of stuff.
-
Excuse my language, but Hell No!!!! I had taken a nutrition class in college for my science credit, and I had to do a report on Mad Cow disease. So after that, it pretty much turned me away from red meat.
-
I also do not eat red meat that often at all. I love Chicken! I am not that fond of Fish, Mrs. Paul's is good though. :)

-
i love red meat! i couldnt live with out beef! steak espicially! if it wasnt so expensive i would buy it and eat it everyday!! burgers are great too!
-
I used to eat raw red meat and never had a problem. I love beef, chicken, fish and pork. Funny that I came across this post as there was a special news story on NPR this morning about meat eaters and the propensity for them to die earlier than vegetarians. It went on to say that richer societys generally treat themselves to more meat in their diets which is why we have higher obesity rates right now. The mediteranean diet was based on meat once or twice a week but focused on grains, vegetables and fruits.
-
no way cant stand it yuck
-
OMG....red meat a must have at least twice a week..pot roast, steaks, burgers. I mean how could you live without ever having a cheeseburger?
