Title: Daily Surveys
Post by: ULuvCeCe on March 13, 2011, 06:20:43 am
So a lot of the Daily Survey's seem to always wrap back to Opinionshere. Maybe I am the only one but I find it annoying that it doesn't store that I already answered certain questions

EXAMPLE: I did MyThoughtsCount after numerous did not qualify surveys it wraps to Opinionshere asks my age, gender, number of people living in my household etc then MyThoughts says sorry we do not have a survey for you today try tomorrow. So without logging out of FC or closing my browser, I move onto Survey Head, go through various surveys not qualifying then it too wraps to Opinionshere and I have to answer my age, gender, all over again then of course Survey Head pops up about coming back tomorrow. It would just be nice if once it wrapped to Opinionshere it just saved me time and took me right to the no survey's for today page

Right. I ran across one survey site that seemed to go on and on ad infinitum! I spent at least 45 minutes on that survey site trying to get approved and kept getting kicked back to a coupon site and then back to another survey and so on. I never did get approved and finally gave up. Some sites are like that, especially survey sites. It's hard to qualify for ANY survey, let alone get approved for Fusion Cash. I would advise trying a different type of site if you're not having any luck with surveys rather than frustrate yourself.

Yep, I get the same thing.  It's really annoying when you'll complete a survey from Surveyhead, for example, that's using Opinionsphere.  If it would've been through MTC you could've made an extra 35 cents.

Yea I've had that happen too. And I always start with the $1.00 ones then work my way down, maybe it's their way of saving money?

The reason you answers aren't passed from survey router to survey router is multifaceted: one, it's requires more advanced coding on the server; two, it increases the length of time necessary to set up a pass-off; three, market research companies are especially careful to avoid anything that could land them in 'user privacy' related controversies, as such things tend to scare off the big-name clients.

The reason that they sometimes 'wrap around' is that there are substantially more survey takers on a given day than there are matching surveys, so pretty much everyone backs up their own cache of surveys with redirects to OTHER routers with their own cache of surveys.... the idea being that otherwise your "click" on their ad was wasted (i.e. they have no revenue potential vs. redirecting you to another router which pays them for the survey complete, often at higher-than-market rates due to high volume).

At the end of the day your survey experience will depend substantially on outside factors: what time of day it is, what kind of surveys are available, and what your demographics are.  This is why some people seem to get credited for daily surveys more often than others: they are often in a statistically 'desirable' demographic because they are otherwise hard to reach.  You have to try the surveys for a while and see if it's worth your time.  We try to offer a variety of moneymaking possibilities to cater to different tastes.
