As long as you have other skills that will help you to obtain employment if your plans do not work out.

It's pretty hard to make it in any occupation today. If you have talent/skills I think anything is possible. The cost of living in so high in CA. Good luck to you in whatever you do.

My cousin lives in the northern part of California; no earthquakes there.
She works with her husband in the photography business.

i live in california. if you wanna come i say come on down. but it's hard getting jobs out here.. i know! btw if come i saw in the paper this apartment in downtown la called bristol apartments and rent is 662 a month and all utilities paid but the catch is you have to make under 46,400 in income hope this helps

   8) Yeah, good luck in California.. I lived in Santa Barbara for 3 years, attended college too.  The state went bankrupt..  There is no work period, unless your from South of the Border..  I ended up leaving there to move back to Colorado.  The cost of living is way to much!  :dontknow:

I think every person should follow their dreams and if that is what you truely want then go for it. But like everyone pointed out you need to have a good back up plan until you get your career going. You need to check things out before you make the move.
