Title: why does my cashout still says it is pending for 2 months now

why is my cash out still says its pending. its been 2 months now!!!!!!!

At the top of the FC page, (where it has offers, account, etc) There's one that says "support".  If you click on that, it will bring you to a page where you can create a support ticket.

Which is basically like a "contact us" form for members who have a question or a problem.  You submit the support ticket and admin answers you as soon as they get to it (In the past, mine have always been answered within 24 hours).
