Title: Quick Question
Post by: danielson42o1 on September 17, 2007, 10:41:50 am
K well my cash out was temporarily denied so im faxing the staff a copy of my picture
id my cashout was for $51.15 , but since then I've accumulated $92 i was just
wondering if after my information has been processed and cleared can i cancel the
cash out of $51 and cash out all of it @ once ? I was just wondering because its
getting kinda close to the end of the month again and i would rather have it all @
once. Thnx to whoever answers this question

That is a staff question for sure. I am going to cash out for the first time, also.  But good luck and hopefully they can.

Yes once you send in your ID you can cancel your payment and get all of your money sent to you on or around October 20th.

They expire 120 days, which is 3 months. Your first offer completion was in August, so you still have another month before they start expiring.

Yes, you are correct....90 days =  3 months. I read that post earlier and it went right over the top of my head too. LOL

And Kohler has even confused me more!!  Last post on October 6 this is what Kohler had to say:

Per the Terms of Service, offers and bonuses expire if not cashed out within 180 days   of being credited.

We realize that this policy may be frustrating, but if we cannot "close out" accounts after a certain period, our accounting becomes unmanageable.

We feel that 180 days is an adequate time to cashout your funds, since the minimum for payment is low and you can easily reach it by completing no-credit-card-required offers.

Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience.

Now, according to my math - that is 6 months!!!!

So, I think we need Kohler to clarify so that we are all on the same page.

Ohhhh  Kohlerrrrrrrrrrr!!!  please clarify - thanks

I'm not familiar with this exact case, but cashouts are usually "temporarily denied" when we need to verify someone's identification manually - by having them fax a copy of some kind of ID.  This happens when, for example, the anti-fraud department feels that it needs to establish the uniqueness of one or more accounts (that is, to be sure that each account is tied to a unique person).

k my id and everything was faxed yesterday
But i tried to sign into my account today and found out that i have 2 accounts
on the other account i haven't tried to complete any offers and the sign up bonus has expired. That must be the reason my cash out was denied. The 2 accounts are danielson42o and danielson42o1. I think i signed up to this site from some advertisement and forgot all about it then i signed up again not knowing i already had an account. How would i go about handling this ? How do i submit a support ticket ?  :BangHead:
