i thought there's a fill out form here i read on the blog here's the site http://www.workathomecareers.com/fcfooter.shtml can anyone please tell me were can i find this one?

Hi
Since you are already a member of fusion cash you have filled out the form (registration form). Just continue doing the offers, posting on the forum watching videos getting referrals  etc. As long as you confirmed your email your 5 dollar bonus should be in your account and you will receive it when you cash out.

The best ways to familiarize yourself with  rules for Fusioncash to to watch (or re-watch) the Tutorials by Old Buddy, go into the Forum and begin to read what other more senior members are saying about the various questions that come up about Fusioncash and the little tricks and recommendations that are made to help you earn the most each day, navigate the site, and have fun while doing it! Also, if you have any problems which you can't solve in any other way, such as your Daily Cash E-Mail didn't appear in your inbox that day, fill out a Support ticket by going to Your Account, then Support and clicking on 'open a new support ticket'. However, only use that as a last resort after you have exhausted all you other options, because you dom'y want to pester the Administrator unnecessarily, do you? No, you want to keep them HAPPY so that you won't be labeled a NUISANCE. Check out the Rules posted in the Forum by Kohler and you'll see what I mean. That's about it!
