Title: Stamps dot com
Post by: richsale on May 29, 2008, 08:54:29 am
I'm trying to cancel my account with Stamps dot com and am having no luck. I have there phone # but I get a recording that does not give me the option to cancel. I went to there web site and tried to send an email and it refers me to the phone #. Kind of a Catch 22. Anybody have any ideas how to cancel out of this mess.

hmmm looks to me like a rule was broken here.  Maybe this is the one?

# Disqualification. A user's account may be disqualified and his or her earnings forfeit in, but not limited to, the following cases:

   1. He/she violates any of the terms set forth in these Terms of Service,
   2. He/she posts his or her referral link where it is unwelcome (e.g., "spamming"),
   3. He/she attempts to exploit any vulnerability on FusionCash (e.g., "hacking"), or
   4. He/she is determined by FusionCash, in its sole discretion, to be detrimental to the stability of this site or this site's relationship with its advertisers.
   5. He/she posts instructions for canceling any offer, a walkthrough, or any other type of tutorial or suggestion on a website. This includes but is not limited to: instructions on completing a specific offer, suggesting an offer based solely on its payout, or including cancellation web addresses or telephone numbers.

there is no offers i have ever seen in my life on here or any gpt site where they don't have term and or a tos... click on it and read. all numbers, addresses or anything needed to get in touch with them is listed there. if people would take the time to read everything when they are signing up for something instead of just rushing worring about getting paid for the offer then no one would have any problems on knowing how to get ahold of a company.
