Title: Who did exercises this morning before work?

     i walked 5 blocks  this morning and returned home with the newspaper and lotto numbers lol.

I haven't managed to get a job yet, so my only "work" right now is things like FC  :-

But normally I get a walk in (weather permitting) before getting on FC (and the job sites); unfortunately today it's raining, and yesterday it was raining, and the day before it was raining....

I'm glad I have plenty of exercise toys.   :thumbsup:

I'm far from a morning person, but I am fortunate enough to have my job within walking distance. So I usually get a decent walk in every morning. It helps clear out the cobwebs in the brain before the work begins.

I took out the garbage if that counts.  But no I didn't exercise this morning.
