Does FusionCash rebate Shipping and Handling costs? if so, how?

FC doesnt ship nor handle anything that i'm aware of.





so they dont charge any S&H.

so they dont have anything to rebate.

thought i'd add those last two lines because some people cant deduce the latter from the former.
