Title: Ebay Startup Kit

I requested and paid for an instant download for the Ebay Starter Kit.  It never downloaded and I never got credit.  It was a ten day trial..ordered 5/29/08. Since it never downloaded and I never got credit...I assumed it didn't go thru and can't find the info to check on it...NOW, I am being charged on my credit card.  PLEASE .....if anyone knows how to contact and stop this....let me know.    :dontknow:

your credit card company is supplied with an (800) # for every merchant who charges your card.

Call the ppl who charged you and deal directly with them !!!
