when you click on the ad do you have to get anything in order to get the money it saids? please help.  Fran

Depends on which ads you're talking about.

The $.15 click - no, you don't have to sign up or buy anything.
The $.02 paid email - no, you don't have to sign up or by anything.

If you are referring to another ad, please be specific about which one it is, then someone can help you.
