Title: Is Dummy Written On My Forehead?

Post by: mommagoes on May 15, 2011, 10:45:05 pm: thats an automatic red flag to me. it makes me think that he's already got a wife/fiancee/girlfriend somewhere else and is just playing you. the only acceptable reason i can think of for keeping an engagement a secret is if there are people within the families that disapprove but even then keeping it a secret isn't going to change that, its just going to prolong the inevitable situation

@JerseyGirl4Life RUN RUN as fast as you can this guy is not worth your time or effort Love is not to be hidden or be shameful Everyone should rejoice and be happy My husband did the right thing before we were engaged he asked my father if he could marry me I know a little old fashioned but the right way to handle a proposal at least that is my opinion. Soooooo maybe you should rethink this proposal...... :peace: :-
