I'm so sorry to hear you are having health problems. I will pray for you. I have had surgery ... a c section and then a hysterectomy about 12 years ago. We take our health for granted but we should thank God every day for the health we do have. May God bless you and keep you healthy. :angel11:

I've had surgery once: was in a car accident and broke 7 bones in my left arm/hand; they put metal plates on my radius and ulna, and put pins in my metacarpals to hold them together while they healed. (Except for one small bone in my thumb; they think that one got ground into bone dust :o ) I don't remember it much, but I do remember them taking the pins out!

I've had a c-section when I had my daughter and I have had four brain surgeries ~ three within 18 weeks of each other ~ for an aneurism. My huband has had six back surgeries including a spinal fusion, tumor removed from bottom of foot ~ then surgery to remove the gangreen that set up and ear surgery. We are doctor poor. My prayers go out to all who are afflicted by health problems. Trust in the Lord for comfort.

sorry to hear that and i pray the Lord will lay His healing hand upon and make you whole from whithin.

had surgery to repair my shattered elbow

No surgery for me. I've never even broken a bone or had a big enough cut to put stitches in. I had my wisdom teeth removed and most places they classify that as a surgery I guess.
-
I've never had a surgery. Now i'd probably be too scared to have one.
-
No I haven't and thank God. I would be so scared.

had surgery to repair my shattered elbow
same dude i threw a curveball wrong and my elbow broke
-
i've never had surgery - thankfully!
i've never broken a bone in 24 years, just a
sprained ankle after falling off the top step
of the school bus and right out the door...

I prefer surgery to unexpected repairs. Surgery, generally, has a set time for recovery. For instance, I had a vasectomy and knew that I would be better within three days. I had wisdom teeth pulled and knew that I would be better within a week (the worst pain I have experienced). As opposed to a broken foot that has taken over nine months to heal and may never recover properly. Dislocated thumbs which have never healed. A broken wrist that took four months and another three for rehabilitation.

You'll get better like you did when you were a kid. I had surgery on my arm, I broke it in 5 different places when I was snow boarding.

I had over 10 surgeries. I am the only one in my family who had some many surgeries. I am 45 years old and mother of three. I am so glad I had the surgeries in my 20's to get my health better so I could have my kids.
