Does the post to off topics count toward the $3 for 30 bonus? So many interesting question and topics.

Yes this does count but make sure you have at least 3 contributory posts which are posts that help the conversation move along or when you help somebody out with a problem make sure you submit those otherwise you will be denied the $3 a month for that month.

Of course those posts count toward your 30. Otherwise, off-topic would not be one of the choices on the Discussion Board on the Home page. Read the rules for the $3/mo forum posting bonus on your Account page by clicking on it and you'll see what I'm talking about. The subject matter of each post is not as important as the quality of the post. The important thing is to be sure you've made at least 30 helpful or contributory posts by the end of each month. Then pick your three best and submit them for consideration. Just know that the FC staff will review all your other posts for the month, so if you're smart, you'll post a few extra as a cushion just to be sure you have 27 others that FC will accept so that you get your $3 bonus.

It makes no difference! All topics on the Discussion Board can count toward your 30 eligible posts. Go to Contests & Promotions and read the rules for receiving your $3/no forum posting bonus. The onlt caveat is that your posts have to be either helpful or CONTRIBUTORY to count. It might also help for you to watch the Tutorials by OLDBUDDY again in their entirety. He explains it all, but there's so much information packed in those videos that it's difficult to keep it all in your head. Watch them again now that you've worked the site for awhile and you'll have some AHA moments! I guarantee it! :thumbsup:

Solution: make more than 1.102 posts per day!
Also, you might read the rules for the $3/mo forum posting bonus again by clicking on it on your Account page. I make an average of 3 posts per day to be sure I am well over my 30-post minimum each month. That way, if some get disqualified by FC, I have plenty of extras for them to review. Just don't cut it so close, that's all! I get my $3 each and every month and you can too! It's really one of the easiest bonuses to get. Let me know how it goes for you next month. :sad1:

Just make sure they are contributory. If you answer yes or no, they won't count, but otherwise you can post anywhere in the forum to get credit.

I love posting because its like sitting in a room with many other people having a very interesting conversation, the only difference is posting only one person gets to speak at a time and wait for others to respond.

I believe I put in one of my "off topic" posts as one of the three examples of qualifying posts and I received my bonus that month - it was the first time I had submitted for the posting bonus, too. Based on this, I would say, yes, they do count! Again, as long as they follow the rules! Some posts in off topic have been fun and generated some interesting threads!

The "off-topic" threads are where the best conversations are inmy opinion. It's the easiest place to satisfy and fullfill the requirement of posting 30 posts.. You can get involved in lots of different conversations and next thing you know you have 30 posts no problem.
