Title: How to make money through referrals?

It's my first time on fusion cash and I watched the tutorial video. I was wondering how to make referrals because it is not fully explained in the video.  :dontknow: PLEASE HELP ME!  :BangHead:

Refer them.
Their first offer=You get money.
They cashout=You get money.
