i eat 2 times a day lunch and dinner i have never been a breakfast person i eat something light for lucj and then a sensible dinner

i try to eat 3 meals a day. sometimes if i dont eat breakfast then i just eat lunch and dinner.

I eat three or more just depends. When I am working I like to eat a big breakfast when I can because it fills me up for a good part of the day and I don't get as hungry when I am working.

No, I do not eat 3 times a day. I am too emotional usually to do this. I think a person would have to be feeling pretty stable to eat 3 times a day. I would like to get to the point of eating better and will continue to work at it.

I am a college student my eating patterns are so messed up I will wake up at 6 and not eat till 10pm at night the next day eat at 7 am then at 4pm it all depends i wish i could get some system down but it never seems to work out

I try to eat 3 meals a day with snacks inbetween so I don't feel so hungry when meal time comes around. I think it's better to eat smaller meals and snacks, it keeps your metabolism going. Just remember to eat healthy, try to anyway

I rarely eat 3 meals a day. Sometimes I don't eat at all. I'll be standing in the kitchen making dinner thinking "how long has it been since I've... HOLY CRAP! I Haven't eaten in 3 days!"
I have a lot of kids and a LOT of stress. It's easy for me to forget to take care of myself.

I usually eat twice a day. I'm not a morning person but I love breakfast so I end up it at 12 or 1 pm lol

No, unfortunately not~But my daughter definitely does, I usually eat something when the household settles down in the evening hours! :sad1:

I do now, thanks to being pregnant. It really helps your energy level if you can. A few healthy snacks wouldn't hurt either. :fish:

Yes.....breakfast is an important meal. I need to keep my body going and energized. I eat my main meal in the middle of the day.

I eat whenever I'm hungry, I dont really count but I always have breakfast. I'll usually eat something in the middle of the day and sometimes I'll go without dinner, and sometimes I snack alot throughout the day

I try to eat three times a day. Sometimes I miss breakfast and just eat lunch and dinner. When I do eat three times a day I eat small portions because I don't be that hungry during the day.

I'm lucky to eat one full meal a day. I graze.

I have to eat three times a day. If I eat one or two meals I do over eat. I need to make my meals smaller. Snacking between the meals are good to do.

No, I eat 1 time a day. I know that's not the right thing to do, but I don't have an appetite in the morning. I eat when I am hungry. That is usually when I get home from work. I do nibble on nuts, popcorn and dried fruit throughout the day.

We have 1 good meal together a day during the week. Usually a 2 good meals on the weekend.

It's definitely good to eat 3 times a day but you should eat more frequently and smaller portions to keep your metabolism going. 4-6 smaller meals every 3-4 hours if you can so you aren't famished by the time you eat your next meal. I had a glass of water the other day when I was hungry and that kept me from eating junk too

I use to never eat breakfast, until I started to notice that I can not function without it. As they say, breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and it is true! Now I eat a really big breakfast, while snacking throughout the day. I definitely eat breakfast and dinner, and then I eat at least six light snacks throughout the day to prevent hunger. I also noticed the snacking throughout the day curves my appetite, allowing me to be full after the snacking. I have managed my weight, and I feel great! I would recommend two actual meals (breakfast and dinner, preferred hefty portion) and snacking throughout the day.

I usually eat 3 times a day. Today though I think I ate 4 times, however, 6 little California rolls I dont classify as a meal, that was appetizer lol... Sometimes I can do 2 meals a day on weekends.

I usually eat 2 meals a day. I take my lunch break at 10:00 a.m. and eat supper in the evening. I also snack a little more than I should. :)

To be happy and healthy I eat 3 times a day breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Then between meals I eat fruit or vegetables to keep healthy and alot of excercise. If not all combined then there is health issues.

I eat 4 or 5 times a day very small meals and by doing this I find I eat less and loose weight faster and feel better during the day. Some meals might be a fruit and just one teaspoon of peanut butter for protien. veges and fruit a staple in my diet, and small amounts of very lean meat.

I'm way to busy working or online or busy with something else to eat 3 times a day. I'm lucky enough to eat twice a day.

I never had the appetite to eat more than once a day. My family keeps complaining about it, but eating more than that many times a day makes me feel nauseous...

I normally don't eat 3x a day, normally just twice. If I east breakfast - I don't normally eat lunch and vice versa. I always eat dinner though.

On the days I work I eat 2 large meals and a few smaller meals. Im pregnant so sometimes I just cant eat a large meal that many times a day.

Generally I eat three meals a day, with some snacks in between, but it depends. Occasionally I'll have a big lunch, and a small dinner, or a big dinner and a small lunch. Some days I eat breakfast - those days I generally skip a meal, unless I'm working that day.

when i dont have anywhere to go, i eat 3 times a day. since im in class from 8-12 i try to eat something in the morning. im trying to make it a habit.

i have found out that I eat about 4 times a day. I have realized that I would come to dinner starving and would over eat. But, if I eat breakfast, a late brunch, a late lunch and then dinner, I dont over eat.

Most of your posts are one word or jumbled up nonsense. I'll be surprised if you get your monthly $3 monthly posting bonus. You posts need to be more than one sentence and contributory for everyone else. One or two word posts are going to get thrown out and you will not get paid.

They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day. I can't hardly eat something in the morning for some reason. The most I can get down is maybe a piece of fruit. I usually eat lunch and dinner. Try to eat the lightest meal at dinner. I do snack a lot during the day with nuts, seed, cubed cheese, fruit. Some days that's all I will eat is snacks (4-6 a day), and nothing else. Somedays it works better for me.

During the week I generally eat 3 meals a day but on the weekends, especially if I get called into work, it ends up being 2 (with a snack later). I try really hard to curb my snacking and making sure that I eat right but it's a work in progress. :)

Three regular, complete meals a day - no. I love breakfast, but I'm a night person and don't get hungry until I've been up a while. If I'm stressed or busy I'll forget to eat until my stomach rumbles then If I'm not ready to make a real meal I'll just grab some fruit, nuts, jerky, etc to tide me over to a stopping point.

I pretty much eat two: lunch and dinner not big on breakfast . then i got into the habit of sleepin from like 4 am or later til noon :-O but it's cool cuz i lost weight and look great !! ;D i think it helps i was on atkin's a while back too and a lot of that weight stayed off anyways

Working from home, I tend to eat a bit all day. Three larger meals at breakfast lunch and dinner, but not typical "meals".

3 times a day is my MINIMUM! I'm more of a 5 times a day kinda eater. And no, that doesn't include snacks. Lucky for me, I somehow manage to keep my figure despite how much I eat a day!

I dont know how many times a day i eat. im not fat or anything like that, i play multiple sports but i love to eat. I would come home and go straight to the fridge. I get hungry when im not doing anything.

I eat around 4 times a day. They're never big meals though, usually just a bunch of little ones. If I do have a big meal, I'd say 2 times a day.

No I usually have a few snacks in there as well. Like a morning and afternoon snack.

I eat more than that but not full meals. I really try to eat breakfast but I'm not a breakfast person. We just don't have a schedule around here to have regular meal times and full meals. Plus all my kids want to eat is hot dogs and cheese or peanut butter sandwiches. Not the healthiest family over here :-[

Probably not! I like to eat a good breakfast, and a late lunch. Maybe snack later. However, that was under my old crazy work schedule. My wife eats about 5 meals a day, and she is much healthier! LOL
