Yesterday and Today I received the emails as usual, but when I clicked on the link the firefox page didn't have an active link within the window to verify reading a message. Infact, there was no message, just metadata? Tried 3 different computers and all showed the same.
Is there a problem?

2 days in a row daily email has not worked. No live links in the email.

Likewise. I've sent in a support ticket to FC, but apparently so have many others since there is a message in support that they have received a significant number of ticket -- probably most are the same subject. lol.
So they are probably checking into the problem as fast as they can. Nobody makes any money if the ad doesn't work -- even the advertiser.

Same problem with the DCE today again. At least FC knows that there are problems with the new DCE system.

This is the third day in a for me...I get a message that says wait til the ad loads but it NEVER does! :BangHead:

I tried the daily email again today and it was not working, Then I checked to see if the surveys I have done were credited, but not yet. The last thing was 2 days ago. What's going on???? The site worked great last week.

Hi, I was just about to post this same page but you've done it already. I'm glad to see I'm not the only one getting this message, thanks for your post:)

I submitted a support ticket and received a response. This is what the response said, "Please try another browser or disabling your ad blocking software."
I've tried opening up the DCE in 4 browsers and the ad will still not load. Also, I do not have ad blocking software. I haven't had any problems with the "Paid to Click" offer. I believe there is a deeper problem here, especially with so many of us experiencing the same thing.
Crossing fingers it will get fixed very soon. I love receiving my DCE.

The problem is on FC's end. It is not a pop up blocker or browser problem. They need to investigate and correct it. There is nothing us members can do but keep bugging them with support tickets to dig "deeper" into the problem.

I did submit a support ticket and I was told to use a different browser and to turn off my pop up blocker, I did both and I still get the same thing so the support ticket basically was a waste of time. I do hope the figure it out soon, I just can't beleive that everyone is using a wrong browser and pop up blocker, :BangHead: :BangHead: :bs: :bs:

I for one did not appreciate the blow-off that we all seem to have gotten. As prtee33 indicated the issue is either on FC side - or the Ad's side (as it appears FC may be directly linking to the ad sponsor), not the client side. Maybe the issue is similar to that "Ape" video that failed to credit - that this campaign currently being sponsored is flawed, thus none of us can click it until the campaign changes to a new sponsor.
I re-submitted my ticket and strongly, but tactfully voiced my displeasure in the blow-off. I work in IT and web design, and have tried this in a half dozen different browser/version combinations - does not work, nor is there anything present in the source code available to indicate there is an image or link that should be rendering.
Hopefully the issue is those normally in charge are just on vacation and it's temps filling in who don't know any better - and when the regular staff returns, the issue will be researched properly. Only reason I'm thinking this is typically by now Kohler/Admin would have posted something by now given how wide spread the issue is - but we haven't yet which is unusual.
I plan to be patient, and will continue to re-submit tickets if they continue to be closed with the canned one-liner we're receiving, until the issue is properly addressed.

I sent another one as well, tried with IE and FF, Norton enabled, disabled, Windows Firewall on and off, cookies cleared, and I do not have Windows Defender. But they'll probably just come up with another reason why it is on OUR end. :wave:

I had the same issue for 3 days, but yesterday 6/26 and today it worked fine, thank you for fixing the problem. :notworthy: :thumbsup: Too bad that we will not get credit for those lost days. :crybaby2:

my e-mails stopped coming and i had to re-start them... not sure what happenned and I have been so busy that I didn't deal with it right away but i'll be glad to have them back and working again --:)
