I lost 20 pounds in 3 months. All I did was put myself on 900 calories a day. It was hard in the beginning but once I looked up the food calories online it became easy. I would pick the foods with least amount of calories that would fill me up and eat a lot of that food. Just make sure to have protein in each meal of the day. and drink plenty of water. I hate drinking water so I added some lemon juice or fresh lemon each time. Just counting calories my weight started to come off. I still have a long way to go yet because I need to lose another 40 pounds. anyone wants to join me? this will motivate me to keep doing what I am doing to lose weight. Now I am consuming 1100 calories a day. Lets help each other and be fit and healthy.
