Title: 4th of July
Post by: ULuvCeCe on June 26, 2011, 07:07:57 am
Does anyone have to work on the 4th of July? If not, what are your plans?

My department is open 365 so I asked my boss the other day if we will be adjusting our hours and he said Good Question... HELLO, not a real great answer. So guess we'll see if I will be working or able to enjoy a bbq with friends and family

I have to work on July 4th.  2 years ago I had that day off.  Oh well, I am glad I have a job.  But I get off 3 pm that day so maybe I can plan something.  Hope everyone has a good day.

I don't have to work this year.  I planned on going to DC to watch fireworks and listen to the orchestra.

I am not sure what our plans are yet. Here in west Texas, most places have a ban on fireworks because it is so dry. That really makes it hard to celebrate like normal!

My family and I are going camping! Can't wait love watching the kids run around in the woods. Fishing, boating, hiking just being with the family is going to be awesome. Hope everyone has a good 4th!

I work at home, so it doesn't really matter.  Besides, I'm not into the July 4th holiday...it was never a big deal even growing up as a kid.

 Yep, I have to work, too, but I wouldn't have done anything anyway but hang around the house.

No work for me that day! Just a day of relaxation, bar-b-ques, and swimming.

I am stuck at work, but luckily we are closing early, so I have time to cookout and shoot off some fireworks POSSIBLY (there is a ban on them right now in FL because of all the wildfires).
