Title: I can't get my $5 signup bonus!
Post by: thedementedpianist on June 29, 2011, 04:58:25 pm: Hi, I filled everything out when I first joined to get it because it said I couldn't do this later. When I got to the part where you have to pick at least one offer, I picked Opinion Outpost. When I checked no for the others and clicked submit, it didn't go to a different page. Didn't reload or anything, it was as if I was clicking on the grey background. I was using this on Firefox so I tried switching browsers to Internet Explorer but it did the same thing. My guess is it might be related to the website.

I tried filling out a support ticket but under the heading where it says open support tickets, it doesn't show up even though it said it received my ticket so that's why I'm asking here. Is there a staff person who can help or a user who's had this happen before?

Post by: noossab77 on June 30, 2011, 04:57:11 am: When you try to submit the survey, you should click on the first one, and use your keyboard to fill out the rest, pressing Tab to go to the next question, and press enter in the submit button. It worked for me, hopefully it'll work for others too.

Did you look to see if you received the confirmation e-mail from Opinion Outpost that you need in order to confirm and get to the next step? I am curious IF the e-mail showed up, because if it did NOT, you might need to repeat the sign-up steps. This shouldn't endanger your account, for having 2 set-up, IF you never received the confirmation from Opinion Outpost.

When you went to the Support tab, did you see this:
Option Two: Support Ticket System
Need help? You can open a new support ticket. >>> Looking for your $5 signup bonus?<<<
You should be able to resolve this if you clicked on the "Looking for.....bonus?"
