Ingredients:
* 1 lb. lean ground beef
* 1 egg
* 2 Tbsp. water
* 1/2 cup bread crumbs
* 1/4 cup minced onion
* 1/2 tsp. salt
* 1/8 tsp. pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl combine egg, water, bread crumbs, onion, salt and pepper and combine. Add ground beef, broken into chunks, and mush with your hands to combine. Form into meatballs about 1" in diameter and place on a broiler pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes until meatballs are no longer pink in center. Cool and freeze, or when baked, use in your favorite recipe.
You can add anything garlic or any other spices what ever you like I play around with this recipe alot..ENJOY!!

:( Ohhh, I'm so sorry to hear about your dad. I had been worried that you were gone so long because you had been sick that something like that never even crossed my mind.
I made the meatballs and they turned out really great. I wish you could have seen the look on my dog's faces when they saw meatballs in their spaghetti! (They've always loved spaghetti but I've always just either used browned ground hamburger or made a vegetarian spaghetti because meatballs looked too hard to me :)) The dogs looked at them and then they both looked even closer at them, it was so funny. We were all very happy with them and I loved how EASY they were to make. (note: if anyone decides to makes these and give some to their dogs, leave out the onions, salt & pepper to make it "dog-friendly".)
I print out your recipes you know and put them in a plastic page saver and they go in a binder that's just for your recipes, they are THAT GOOD! Will be making the mac & cheese tonite!! :thumbsup:
