Refer people by telling them about the program and about how much they could potentially earn, and keep up with their progress, push them to do more, and THAT' how you make real money here. Referrals are definitely where it's at! Too bad it's not that easy getting referrals unless you have a website (or a lot of friends) that gets a lot of traffic. Besides that being difficult, it's even more difficult getting referrals who stay active on the site and actually cash out.
If you can find a way to get more people to sign up through your link then that will help.

If a friend confirms his/her email address: $1 bonus
If your friend completes his/her first offer: $2 bonus
If your friend cashes out: $5 bonus
Keep on your good job! It took a few months for me to get the first cash out but you got it only within 1 month! Good for you!

Start with the Daily's: click on "Offers" and then "Daily" in the categories of offers. Most of the boxes have to do with Survey sites (you can complete one survey for each box every 24 hrs), but the easy items are the $.15 daily click, the signup for the paid email and the paid video ads (if available) in the special tasks window.
When you do the Daily $.15 click, one of the topics is "flash games". There is one game that is selected by FC that will get you a bonus ($.50?) if you report a game score in excess of a specified amount. You only get that once for a given game, but when a new game is selected, you can try for another bonus at that time. Eithor my machine is too slow (or I am) -- I have never succeeded in reaching the target score -- but lots of members have. If you're into games, this may be an easy bonus for you.
Also check out the Contests and Promotions section in the Forum. Particularly the Forum Posting bonus. (Post 30 meaningful posts in the Forum for a particular calendar month and you can request the $3.00 bonus) Since it's 6/29, you may want to focus on this starting July 1 for your July bonus. The bonus is paid at the end of the month following the month you make the request. (ie if you request the bonus on July 30th, and you've the requirement of at least 30 meaningful posts, you can expect to receive the bonus on August 30.

I have not made very much but I only start this month. I have not been with FC for a whole month yet. I think I am doning ok. I have missed a couple of days because my inernet went out due to weather. I do have enough forum posting for the month of August. I have 33 I think so I am good there. I like FC and I know I am not going to make a lot of money on here but enough that I could save for when I go out or with my checks from working to get my first car. I might make enough on here to pay the insurence or someing.

I just did my first cash out at $25.05 - it took me almost 2 months since I didn't know what I was doing to begin with. Any tips I can find to help me earn faster I'll greatly appreciate. :)

my first time cashing out was around 25.00 I think its helpful to try and complete the daily surveys it will help! :)

Spread the word about FC as much as possible when you can and let more of your circle people join here and then you will make more money in no time. The best way to make quick and much money here is to get as many referrals as possible. Take look at Old buddy's posts and they are very helpful about the referrals. He's got 700 referrals!

it takes me about 2.5 months to make $25, which I'm guessing is comparatively slow :/

I figure I'm slow, too. I'm up to nineteen dollars - I received my first cashout last month of 26.91 (I like having a bit over just in case there's a problem with one of the offers).
Five weeks after receiving that money I have nineteen dollars - but I requested the cashout the previous month - so this is what I have for almost two and a half months of work. We moved the last day of July and I was without the internet for about six days, so that put me behind a bit. I'd be up to twenty by now otherwise. I make sure to do the daily email, the PTC, and try out a few things recommended by others in the forum. I also make sure I get the forum bonus each month - and I got my Payment photo bonus, too! And I try to the two weekly bonuses - the tues one and the sat. one. here and there I'll qualify for a survey. I'm thinking three months to get a bit over twenty five...which isn't too bad. That's a little over a hundred a year. When I add that to what I get from other survey sites, I have a nice amount each year.

the referal system is the best
you can earn 7 dollars on each person you have sign up
this is where knowing alot of people would come in handy, i mean real
imaging having 20 people sign up and still active, thats 140 right there just for referals
talk about free money
