Well, this is nice. Logged in to my account and find that about $15 worth of my credits have "expired"! Is this something new? I don't remember reading anything about this before.

Why have them expire thats not fair.

Nope not something new. It used to be that they'd expire after 90 days, then it was changed to 180 days. I guess they figure 6 months is a long enough time in which to cash out.
-
And this is an old topic--wish there was a way to let all newbies see the most frequent posts on here and actually get them to READ them :BangHead: LOL - and 180 to me is a very decent time for them to give to cash out- a lot of sites give you only 30-60!!!
-
I have been involved with several earning programs and this is the only one I am aware of that 'expires' offers you have completed. Since FusionCash is already earning money through users signing up with the advertisers, why does FC feel it is necessary to take back money from user's accounts just because the offer has passed some arbritrary deadline? I have never had that problem with Netflip, SearchCactus, Mypoints, etc...
-
Im sorry to disagree but a few that you mention do in fact expire. This is due to the already high volume of accounting that these guys have to keep up with every month, let alone year. If you do enough offers, and are serious about the site, 180 days should be plenty time to cash out. If not, why should they wait on you?? They are GIVING you an opp to make money, they don't HAVE to.
-
I have never had anything expire from any of the three that I mentioned. Mypoints will only expire if there is absolutely no activity in 12 months. If these other sites were able to maintain their accounting without 'expiring' offers, why can't FusionCash manage it?
-
Better question-why should they have to keep them indefinitely? This is a service they provide to us- not one we are owed.

Eroticdreamer, do you work for FC customer support?
Just wondering, because it appears that you are on every board defending FC. Its ok for FC users to have complains and for them to be able to use the boards to ask questions and such. FC is far from being a GREAT site so complaints are expected.
Don't :BangHead: when people ask questions that you think they should alread know just stay 8), keep your :-X, and go on and complete some offers instead of spending so much time on the boards.
Don't bother replying, trust me...I'm not worth it ;D
-
LMAO-nope but I would do it for free.
I never said that it wasn't ok for people to ask questions about what they don't know, understand. I try to help as much as possible, or point them in the right direction if possible.
I never said, as well, that FC is above complaints- I have even said that I had a few, but ON THE WHOLE, they seem TO ME (my personal opinion-oh nooo not thattt!! lol) to be a lot better than a lot of other sites out there. If people do not like the way FC runs things, it is simple-go to a different site, run into problems there, and b*tch again. It just gets old when it is over and over, even after people here go out of their way to try to help, and then the person still complains(not ask a question-COMPLAINS).
I complete offers every day thanks- and I am still welcome on the boards as far as I can tell (ie not banned) soooooo :bootyshake:
And trust me, it WAS worth it
