Just wondering how many people still read the newspaper every day or even just once a week.
I do still get the Sunday paper however all I really am interested in are the the front page, comics and the coupons. The coupons actually more then cover the cost of the paper Sadly the majority of the news I get via the internet or tv.
How about you?

Do you work for a news paper department..? OR is this a real question.

I only get the paper on the weekends for the coupons. If I want the news, I will watch it on TV or look at it online.

We still get the paper every day and I will usually thumb through it 3 or 4 times a week. I prefer to get my news from the paper vs TV unless there is something pressing I'm looking for....flash flood warnings or something like that.
-
I get the majority of news now on the internet. I still watch the noon news on TV and try to get the Sunday paper for the coupons and articles.
-
no i don't. i just look at the adds

I still get the daily and Sunday newspaper and really prefer it. I don't trust most of the tv media to be honest and unbiased and the same goes for most of the internet. The newspaper goes much more in depth with most of the news.

Very rarely.
-
Not really...I only want the coupons
-
Never really read a newspaper.

I read the newspaper at my workplace, someone buys it everyday and leave it somewhere around. I also read the online versions sometimes but just because some news include videos. I prefer the printed version, maybe because I don't have the clutter at home. I don't watch a lot of news on tv because sometimes they make me sick in my stomach talking and talking about the same things over and over (Aka Casey Anthony). If I'm watching news on tv I do it first time in the morning because that's when they talk about the important things with the intention of just informing, not commenting.

Yes, every day.

Who reads newspapers nowadays anyways?

Thanks for all the feedback! Have a great Day!

I read our local weekly paper. When someone leaves one in the break room, I read it. I also read news on the internet sometimes.
-
Oh wow I even forgot that the newspaper exists!! Hahah but yeah I guess i don't read the newspaper. I rather use the computer all day
-
I read the newspaper only once a week and that's on Sunday only.

We cut the daily paper out to save money for now (with the economy like it is, we have cut back things like that.) We do get the weekly paper for our town. We keep up with the county news and use the coupons a lot. We usually get the news off of t.v. or the internet.
-
I still read our local paper. I get a kick out of the dumb stuff people do. Especially when our lil police dept publishes it stats. :P

@AVLD We moved to PA back in Oct. Hubby is from PA, but not from around these parts. I live for the paper here. THAT's entertainment ;D I laugh so hard. And slowly but surely I am getting some of the folks around town and recognize them or relatives in the police blotter. Now I have taken it a step further and in the bad weather listen to the scanner for fun. ;D

I actually just subscribed a couple months ago, and low and behold my corner was full of stacks of paper with plastic on it. No time.]

Nope. I get all of my news online or from tv. Idk why i just dont see the point of gitting the news paper and reading it when the information is online and on tv
-

I read it sometimes, mostly to see what's going on in my area.
If it's world news and the such, i go on MSN.
-
Yes, I read the paper almost every day. Though it's a day behind on national stories, it has local events so you can plan for the next weekend. You also learn more about your city. Give it a chance, people. It's usually a dollar or less!

I read the Wall Street Journal. Many people think it's just a business/ financial newspaper, but it gives all the news.
I find it is put together well. It is #1
