Title: Ninja Turtles movie idea

Are there any Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles fans on this forum?

If someone was to make a new movie for TMNT but based on the comics, would you want to see it? I've never read the comics but I heard it was very dark and very different from the 80th's and 2003 cartoons. To give an example, the reason Splinter taught Ninjutsu to the turtles was because he wanted them to kill Shredder for revenge.
