Title: Downline builders trading referrals

I'm pretty new at this point most sites I've signed up for don't have referrals under me.
I've seen sites that work on a credit system but I'm looking for one that trades referrals.
Anyone out there have any ideas.

rwn, this person keeps putting these links in every thread....looking to get himself banned i think. Unfortunately, I do not have any sage advice for getting referrals, I only have 2 and they are both friends........
