Title: Question about Refferal bonuses

I just got a new referral but I haven't recieved my $1 sign up bonus which I thought was given no matter if they complete a task or not.

Any ideas why I haven't recieved my bonus yet?

I don't know. I thought they did since they showed up in my refferals list.
