Title: Referral On Hold?

I sent a referral to a friend on their Facebook. They accepted and joined CashFusion.  Later my friend advised me her account has been put on hold?  Why would that be. Anybody's help in answering this question is greatly appreciated.

Make sure they have confirmed their email address and the telephone verification.
