Hey so i was looking for some help, so i am a college student who is on the go with school going to the gym and working part time. I am trying to eat healthy but have a hard time with finding things on the go, like if i go to the gym then straight to school then straight to work i have no time to cook at home. So i have started to pack things like walnuts, carrots, banana, apple, etc. and am gonna start bring a sandwich i was thinking a wrap but not sure what kind of meat i can put in there i dont think like sandwich meat would taste right anyways i was just looking if you guys had some advice to packing and eating healthy on the go
