I guess we are grilling steaks for dinner. Of course, everyone likes different cuts and the way they are cooked. I'll cook them but it is up to them to get their steaks off the grill when it is done enough for them.
I prefer New York Strip well done. My husband likes T-Bone medium well done. My daughter likes Filet Minion medium done. Her fiance likes Ribeye medium rare.

I like all kinds of steak, but I get petite sirloins most often. I love them medium rare. I prefer them grilled outside, but usually fry them in a real hot pan, like they showed us on America's Test Kitchen. Usually I season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and cumin. My favorite sides are a baked potato and a cob of corn, but sometimes I saute some mushrooms. Yum.

I love all kinds of steak but my favorite is Fillet Minion medium rare. They are great cooked on the grill with fresh baby asparagus(grilled) and corn on the cob. If there are ever any leftovers( not very often) they are great the next day on top of a salad! :peace:

I would say New York....medium rare on the BBQ if the cook knows what they are doing. I had one last night that was just perfect. :notworthy: :notworthy:

My favorite would be filet minion medium well cooked by my husband outside. He knows just how I like it. We used to do T-bones and he would eat the other side but I've settled on fillets as my favorite with a Yukon Gold baked potato. YUM!

My favorite steak is the porter house. It is the best of both worlds, you get a strip and a filet all in one and it has gotta be cooked to medium.

The cut doesn't matter to me, but it has to be well done.

Prime rib, on the grill, medium.
