Title: How do you stop your dog from coughing so much?

I'm going to take him to the vet Monday, I just want something to for him over the weekend he is a small mix dog.

first you have to find out why it is coughing.

I think he got the Kennel Cough

well if it is that then your dog will cough for relief as a reaction to that. if you muzzle the dog there is a chance of furthering damage to his body not to mention his nostrils. so if you want your dog to live then you should probably just keep it somewhere where you would not get coughed on because he needs to cough until you get sparky to the vet. that is just what i would do.

take him to the vet and get some meds for him is what i would suggest

I took little one to the vet he is now taking pill's to get better, He is already looking beter, they told me it was some kind of kennel cough.
